If not immediately, she would follow up within a few business hours if she was really busy; but she always tried to get back to us as soon as she could. Great follow up from her end. However, the people we were recommended originally didn't answer in time, so we gave her an opportunity and definitely did not regret it! She definitely accommodated herself to our specific needs.
